High Roller ships non-cannabis merchandise worldwide.
Cannabis products are not shipped and are fulfilled separately through licensed delivery partners where permitted by law.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production prior to shipment.
Processing times do not include transit time.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
– Standard
– Express
– Overnight
– UPS live rates (calculated at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and selected method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, High Roller is not responsible for:
– Carrier delays
– Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
– Any delivery issues or claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
