Do you operate legally?
Yes. We comply with California cannabis laws. Cannabis is only available at licensed High Roller pop-ups and through delivery in approved regions.
Do you deliver cannabis?
Yes. We deliver throughout Southern California, with top service areas including Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, and Upland.
Do you sell merchandise online?
Yes. We ship High Roller merchandise nationwide within the U.S. (Cannabis and hemp are excluded from shipping).
Do you offer a first-time customer discount?
Yes. First-time cannabis customers receive 30% off their cannabis order.
Do you lab test your products?
Yes. All cannabis and hemp products are tested by licensed labs for quality and safety. COAs are available via QR codes or by request.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in up to 3 weeks and then shipped. Transit time is usually 3–7 business days.
Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order has been processed.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. Most drops are limited, but you can follow @ahighroller
Do you explain what THCA is?
Yes. THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the raw, non-psychoactive form of THC found in cannabis and hemp. When heated (smoked, vaped, baked), it converts into THC, the compound responsible for the “high.”
Do you sell THCA products?
Yes. THCA products are available exclusively in states that permit them. Please check your local laws before ordering.
Do you explain what Delta means?
Yes. Delta refers to different types of THC molecules:
Delta-9 THC – the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis.
Delta-8 THC – a less potent, hemp-derived variant that produces milder effects.
Delta-10 THC – another rare variant with lighter, more energetic effects.
Laws on Delta products vary by state.
Do you use Hemp in your products?
Hemp is cannabis bred to contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. It’s federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Many products like CBD and some THCA/Delta items are derived from hemp.
Do you have set delivery hours?
Yes. Delivery runs from 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Last call is 7:40pm.

Do you provide shipping for merchandise?
We currently ship select merchandise across the United States. Cannabis and hemp-derived products are restricted by state law, so availability may vary.
Do you package orders discreetly?
We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no branding or product details on the outside.
