Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
– Item arrives damaged
– Item is defective
– Incorrect item was received
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
– Unused
– In original packaging
– In the same condition as received
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
– Pre-order or made-to-order items
– Sale or promotional items
– Items damaged due to improper use or handling
– Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:
– Your order number
– A brief description of the issue
– Clear photos (if applicable)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
If approved:
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method
– Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
– Shipping fees are non-refundable
